Rental Terms

• Application fee required ($55 per adult)*
• Administration fee of $200
• Valid ID and Social Security card are required
• Credit and Criminal Checks must be passed

Pet Policy

• WildWoods is a pet-friendly community.
• No pitbulls or puppies. (Please call for more information.)
• Maximum of two pets (including cats and dogs) per apartment
• $200 Non-refundable pet fee is required by move-in*
• $25 rent per pet
